Make sure that the receipt you are sending with this e-mail is not in the form of an attachment.  If it is, then yes, it is being bounced into outerspace.  Please follow the instructions to the letter.

I have sent numerous emails in requesting a new code for Jack Bot, I really don't like this game-so I was going to use my auto but no replies as of yet! I sent my receipt and my new code (on my computer) are my mails bouncing in space, or am I just being ignored????  I am having major computer problems and have had to reformat, nothing is solved yet but I have a handle on things and would like to play for my badges--any ideas what else to do?
