Only way to this game to work is sun java.  I had many problems with this game then I was told to use sun java it works. Might want to try download it.

My sister had the same problem, it was caused by outdated video drivers.  Pogo did mention it in their help section, but I wouldn't know how to find it since they changed that area.
My sister also had 7-9 tex carters in vaults.  Now that she has a new computer, everything works fine.

That may not be enough. Do the following:

Tools>Internet Options>Settings>View Objects

This will open the pogo game files that reside on your hard drive. Find the Canasta file and delete it. Go back to pogo and try the game again.

someone help me...
why is it when i play canasta the hand is dealt and the cards go invisble but u can still play but cant see the cards????
