1 cup PB
1 cup sugar
1 egg
mix ingrediants together,make into balls, smash down with fork, bake at 350 until golden brown. I always check the first batch every 5 mins to be sure on the time. Usually 7 mins is good.
I generally double this and get a few dozen cookies out of it. I use a teaspoon size ball. Great with creamy and chunky PB!
If its that easy....I may take up cooking :))

LOL I bought a cookbook when I was in high school that was called "Quick and Easy" and all the reciepes only had 3-4 ingredients and this is the ones I make the most....when I tell people it only takes 3 ingred...they don't believe me till they try them lolol

LOL...I need that book...I just can't get into cooking what so ever...And my Moms a great cook...she just never taught us....One night I was boiling eggs and was in puter room playing on pogo and I kept smelling something awful and kept looking outside to see if someone was burning something...well FINALLY I pulled myself away from the computer to find a pan of BURNT...let me tell you BURNT eggs..they were black...the water was gone it was horrid....but I can boil eggs...if Im not playing on the puter... :))

I want that book too. Enjoy cooking, but still, 3 ingredients...........start sharing!!!!!
