I had to reformat my computer so I redownloaded trouncer from Badge Help. I sent the paypal receipt and the new code twice now. I left trouncer open until I got the new code. But everytime I close the auto and reopen it, the code changes and says I need to register it. The code is changing so that the pass will only work one time.
How do I fix this?
Ok, I'm going to delete the trouncer download then go to badge help and get it again. Please don't get upset with another email to replacecode@aol.com.

Why won't trouncer hold the reg.key? I deleted and downloaded again, but the same thing is happening.
I leave the auto open until I get the email from badgehelp with the reg. key. It says registered. It works fine. Then if I close the auto, the next time I open it, the code has changed and it wants me to register again. I have sent each new code to BH and then copy and pasted it into the auto.
This last time I sent the code to bh they haven't replied. I hope I didn't make them mad at me. I sent it twice today.
I had this happen once before with an auto and it took several times before I got a key that would stay put and not change.
Does anyone have an answer?
