Ok I am new to the forum and have not had a need to send a personal message to anyone on the forum. However when I was looking around at the features and I click on outbox I get this:
An Error Has Occurred!
You are not allowed to send personal messages.

How does one send a personal message? Do I have to have had so many posts firsts? Can only mods send personal messages?

Sorry if it is a totally dumb question and no I am not a blonde! O0

I do believe you have to have 25 posts before you can send Private Messages..
