Everyone gets it at the same time, on Pogo's 3rd anniversary. :/\
between the 18th and 23rd i think.
We got the year 1 badge on July 23 (a Friday) and the year 2 badge on July 19th (a Tuesday), so who knows..
just when a lazy pogo staff wants to give it out.

Oh, I don't particularly care what it looks like. I used to joke around when the badge was an ugly person and say, "Hmm, wonder which Pogo employee posed for this badge". I'm just a badge wh*re, so I take whatever comes.
