2lb deer roast
30 pack of beer
1 bottle of jim beam
1 bag of carrots
8 large potatoes
1 celery stick
1 begin by mixing the veggies in a pan of water
2 drink a beer and take a shot of whiskey gotta make sure its just right
3 preheat oven 400 degrees
4 repeat step 2
5 add roast cover and place in oven for 120 minutes
6 repeat step 2
7 when timer reaches 60 minutes baste roast using natural juices
8 repeat step 2
9 realize you left dryer going go change it out
10 repeat step 2
11 realize that the time is 60 minutes past and open oven
12 fan away smoke
13 repeat step 2
14 toss roast in trash
15 take rest of alcohol with you and go watch tv then pass out :"
omg... if I keep repeatin step 2.... the last step will have to be.. go fall out somewhere.... :)) ... omg... so many step 2s......... I think I am gonna like this recipe...aaaaaah but one bad side....
I dont think I can eat Bambi.... guess we can subsitute the meat....long as we do step 2 as directed

Everyone I know who doesn't eat it is because of the game taste. If you marinate it for 2 days in the fridge in milk and vinegar it takes the game taste away.
I always soak mine in cold salt water for a couple hours before I cook it, that usually does it too. !@!
