CINNAMON BISCUITS
10 servings

3 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons margarine
1 (7.5 ounce) tube canned biscuits

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly coat a baking sheet with cooking spray. Combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl and set aside. Melt margarine in a small bowl in microwave. Dip the top of each biscuit in margarine, then in sugar and cinnamon mixture. Place each biscuit, cinnamon side up, on baking sheet and bake for 8 to 10 minutes.

My daughter likes the bisquits fried in the deep fryer and then she rolls them in the cinnamon mixture.  She flattens them or rolls them in long strips or cut the middles out like doughnuts.

Yea we used to make donuts from can biscuits all the time.  They are easy to fix & are good.  We use lotta cinnamon here, I always keep a big thing of sugar & cinnamon mixed in a big shaker container cause the kids are always wanting cinnamon toast when they're here   !@!
