Zombie
Serves: 1
Ingredients:
1.00 fl Pineapple juice, unsweetened
1.00 ea Orange, juiced
1.00 fl Passion fruit syrup-optional
2.50 fl Rum, light
0.50 fl Rum, 151 proof (float)
1.00 ea Lime, juiced
1.00 t Powdered sugar
0.50 fl Apricot brandy
1.00 fl Rum, Jamaica
Instructions:
Pour all ingredients (except 151 rum) and 1/2 cup crushed ice into blender.
Blend at low speed for 1 minute and strain into frosted highball glass.
Garnish with stick of pineapple and one green and one red cherry.
Float 151 rum and top with a sprig of fresh mint dipped in powdered sugar.
Serve with tall straws
Thats not the Zombie I have had. The one I have had knocks you off ur :o0 within about 10 minutes of drinking it. :!!
Zombie
Ingredients
1 oz. Light Rum
1/2 oz. Creme de Almond
1 1/2 oz. Sweet & Sour mix
1/2 oz. Triple Sec
1 1/2 oz. Orange Juice
1/2 oz. 151 Proof Rum
Directions:
Shake all ingredients (except 151-proof rum) with ice and strain into a collins glass over ice cubes. Float the 151-proof rum on top, add a cherry (if desired), and serve.
Zombie
Ingredients:
1/2 oz BacardiĀ® 151 rum
1 oz pineapple juice
1 oz orange juice
1/2 oz apricot brandy
1 tsp sugar
2 oz light rum
1 oz dark rum
1 oz lime juice
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients with ice except Bacardi 151 proof rum. Pour into a collins glass. Float Bacardi 151 proof rum on top. Garnish with a fruit slice, sprig of mint and a cherry.
Screaming Zombie
2 oz Gold rum
3 tsp Lime juice
2 oz Jamaican Rum
2 oz White rum
2 tblsp Pineapple juice
2 tblsp Papaya juice
1 1/2 tsp Sugar syrup
2 oz 151 proof rum
1 Pineapple stick
Powdered sugar
Instructions:
Shake all ingedients over ice, except the high-proof rum, the pineapple stick and the sugar. Strain and add ice. Garnish with pineapple and a cherry. Float the high-proof rum at top and sprinkle a litter sugar over it.

I guess its just a D.C. thing. The one I had, had jager and like 10 other liquors in them. :!! I know its illegal in some parts of the country. :!!
