Ingredients:
1.50 fl Light rum
0.50 fl Gin
3.00 tb Lemon juice
1.50 ts Orgeat syrup
0.50 fl Brandy
1.00 fl Orange juice
1.00 ts Sweet sherry
Instructions:
Shake all ingredients.
Strain into a Collins glass over ice cubes.
Float a teaspoon of sweet sherry on top.
