"The use of machines, computers, scripts or any automated system to play the Games is strictly prohibited and may result in criminal liability under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, Section 1030 of the United States Code. pogo.com may terminate and permanently disqualify any entrants who pogo.com, in its sole discretion, determines as being in violation of these Official Rules."

what are they saying there, They gonna sue people, is that what they mean

I wonder how they expect people to play their games without using a computer.

The Commodore 64 is a computer. Heck, even a Vic20 or a Timex Sinclair is a computer.

My Commodore 64 is still at my parent's house.  Boy was that thing a piece of junk!  I thought it was cool at the time.  I wonder if I could actually get any money for it?   ;)
