i have been trying to get my passwords gave you all the information and i don't understand why i am not getting these. i have bought programs since 2007, at first it was easy getting them after my computer crashed i had been trying to get all my programs back up and running i only send 2 a day along with my receipt number and reg code--- but now i seem to get no replay this is not how badge help was before why is it taking so long i have been running behind coz of the badges and albums i bought PLEASE SOME ONE HELP ME TELL ME WHY PLEASSSSSSSSEEE

I just want to say I email replace codes for mine and they usually are right on time... The only time I had a problem in the past was trying to figure out which code went with the receipt I was sending in. Now when I get a program and they send me receipt... I fwd it to myself and add the name of the program on the subject line. Don't worry these ppl are really great... I have been buying codes from them many years and I am still happy with their service.
