Banana Split Cake
Combine:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
2 stick of butter (do not substitute) I melt butter it is easier to mix
Line a 9 x 13 x 2 pan.
Combine:
2 eggs
1tsp. vanilla
1 lb. box confectionary sugar
2 sticks softened butter (do not substitute)
Beat until smooth. Spread over graham cracker crust
Drain: 1 no. 2 can crushed pineapply ( in heavy syrup)
spread over mixture
Slice bananas place over pinapple
Spread over banana layer 1 13 oz. carton frozen whipped topping. (cool whip)
Sprinke top with crushed pecans and maraschino cherries. Refrigerate 4 hours or longer before serving.
Haven't tried this one but it sure sounds good.With the hollidays upon us I always look for some easy desserts.
