Open System by clicking the Start button , clicking Control Panel, clicking System and Maintenance, and then clicking System.
Click Advanced System Settings. If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
Under Performance, click Settings.
Click the Data Execution Prevention tab, and then click Turn on DEP for essential Windows programs and services only
Click Apply then OK
If that is the same I suggest you Google 'How to turn off DEP for Windows 7' and read all of the info.
I am the one who figured this out for my Vista because no one knew how to help me. Let us know if it works!
Here is what a Windows 7 user told me in another thread:

Thank you for Your help Crazy~Man I really appreciate all of your Help! It was the DEP that was reset back when my Windows 7 update was installed... When I tried to follow the directions to reset the Directions for the DEP settings you gave me they were just not the same.. With some guessing I did find out how to reset my DEP.. So for those who have Windows 7 this is what you can do .. Go to
Start and than Control Panel find System can be found on the left side and at the very bottom the last action select Performance Information Tools than select Advanced Tools scroll down to Adjust the Appearance and performance of Windows a pop up will appear than go to the tab Data Execution Prevention now there are only 2 selections select the Turn on DEP for essential Windows Programs and services only other wise you have to select each program you want to effect and than put them in the space.. I hope this makes it easier for Windows 7 people..
i dont have system and maintaince i just have system and under system if i press advance settings it has computer name, hardware, advance, system protection, remote and under advance it has performance, user profile and setup and recovery

See above in
RED and that is what you want. By the way
Data
Execution
Prevention is
DEP.
its still not working, it now saves as a document then when click on the doc it takes me to a glinchy risk page then i try to save it again to my desk top, then it wont even go on my desktop
sorry, but that is all I can do for you, maybe you need someone to come to your home and help you, or do a remote with a tech or someone that has Windows 7. I use TeamViewer 5, which is free for personal use, to do a remote of friends computers when they need help.
Not sure if this will help or not but give it a try
http://www.itechtalk.com/thread3591.html
Sometimes it's hard to give tech help because you can't see the users pc but we don't offer any remote tech help options.
The Microsoft Windows 7 fourms may be able to help. I would be leery of doing the remote help just because you never know who you are granting access to your pc.
crazy do u have msn or yahoo and u can remote my pc?
I would do it, but I don't know anything about Windows 7. And yes I have Yahoo, which can chat to MSN also, but in order to exchange ID's we have to PM each other, and you need 25 posts to send them.
ok ty anyways

they will be on your 150 page but you won't be able to install them untill you figure out what is blocking installation
I thought of one more thing you can try. Go into your Badgehelp folder on your pc and delete the 2 programs you can't use then follow the steps below
1. Make sure you have ALL windows updates
2. Run this program and fix any problems http://download.cnet.com/Advanced-SystemCare-Free/3000-2086_4-10407614.html
3. Defrag your pc
4. Reboot your pc
5. Redownload programs and install
