I think a lot of people aren't renewing due to issues they have with games loading etc. Economy is bad and people refuse to pay for bad service..
EA is not hurting for money, that's for sure. I think gran hit the nail...they are starting to lose customers because of the Java issues, terrible customer service and bad economy.
I've had a horrible time getting a lot of some of my games to work. I love yahtzee party but it would not run on my laptop. Glad to here others are having problems with java as well.
