Title: Any help in getting this badge would be greatly appreciated

I've been working on the Big City Adventure badge where I need to
Find 10 hint stars in 3 weeks!
I can't seem to figure out what I need to do. I have found 2 of them but by luck.
Any help or tips anyone?

You need to get the stars with the ? - question marks.  They don't appear in every scene.  The stars with the + plus signs don't count.  Good luck you two.
