Title: Tri Peaks Auto
Post by: BadgeCollector on December 29, 2004, 09:16:32 AM
HELP ME PLZZZZ

I am running my tripeaks auto.  It played the game but it won't hit play again after completing the last chest.  I've emailed but I know because of the holiday, I might not get a response.  Can anyone give me some help on the message board?

I had that problem too (with my paid version).  I think it's just congestion in the game.

What auto version do you have?

I have zz2 it says.  It worked perfect during trial version that's why i purchased it.  Now all of a sudden I'm having problems :( and I'm only on rank 3 so this a well needed auto.

Now that I've paid for it, it starting to act up on me  :(  I've shut down, cleared cache, rebooted, nothing seems to help.  I've tried with sun java checked and unchecked

1024x768
windows xp
32bit color
smooth edges unchecked

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Please make sure to give as much information as you can when you have technical problems.

Here are some things that will help:

1) Operating system (Windows 98, 200, ME, XP etc)
2) Browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape, AOL, Mozilla, Opera etc)
3) Color setting (24 bit, 32 bit etc)
4) Screen resolution (800x600, 1024x768)
5) Smooth edges of screen fonts checked or unchecked
6) What Java you are using
7) Is anything at all happening when you start the program

You get the idea the more information the better

Still having trouble with tripeaks  :-  There is so much talk about playbuddy and their technical support.  Badgehelp is just as bad.  I can forward numerous emails that I've sent to Bob and Oscar about this issue dating back to 10/12/04.  I've decided to come on the board hoping I could get help here.  Still nothing.  I've been working on other badges but I would also like to finish tripeaks with the help of my auto of course  ;)   Don't feel it's right that I should have to pay another site for the same auto that I've paid to badgehelp.  It's only $10 but it's the principle of the matter.

I hope you can be of better assistance Homer.

1) Operating system is XP
2) Browser is Internet Explorer but tried it with netscape and opera
3) Color setting is 32 bit
4) Screen resolution 1024x768
5) Smooth edges of screen fonts unchecked
6) Java is 4.1_02
7) It plays the game just fine but it does not hit play again.  I have to manually hit it.

It's not a question of who wrote the auto.  I've requested a little help in solving a technical issue with the program.  The only 2 that I knew to send email to was Bob and Oscar.  If I reached them in error, only takes 2 secs to send me a reply to direct me to the correct person.

Called common courtesy.  We supposed to get what we paid for.  They say money is nonrefundable but if I really want to go thru the hassle I can dispute it with my credit card company for services not rendered after I paid for it.  But that is not my intentions.  I would like to solve my technical problem with the auto.

The only thing I see out of the norm is it looks like you might be using sun java. Try turning it off and using Microsoft VM. Let me know if that does anything for you.

BadgeCollector,

I have not received any email from the address on your profile, and I have not received any emails regarding the problem you are referring to.

If you sent me email from an AOL account, it was automatically deleted unread as explained in my 'Report Problem' feature.

Barbara thnx for taking time to reply to post.  But please read it correctly.  It states that I've emailed both Bob and Oscar.  This is a technical issue which I'm sure that you are not able to help with me.  If you can, I'm open up to suggestions.  I'm not here to debate on who wrote the auto.  I could care less on who wrote the auto.  I just want some technical help.  They should be all working together.  I've been on reading posts on this site for 6 months.  I've been a supporter of badgehelp by purchasing 13 autos.  And I can't get help for 1 auto  :(

Now any suggestions to my technical issue will be greatly appreciated
