I've been standing up if I know I'm not going to beat the dealer, well I did this a few times today and noticed that each time you stand up or let the timer run out you get knocked down one spot. Which really sucks, how can Pogo penalize you for standing up or running out of time by sending you down 1?? :-\ I say it sucks, just wanted to let you all know.
I never had that problem. I always set the options where there is no timer. That may very well be why you are getting penalized. Hope this helps.
You have to have a timer on Casino Island, I don't see anywhere to turn it off.
You may very well be right. Maybe pogo did some things while they were down for maintenance earlier. I just tried myself and now you cannot turn off the timer. Before you most certainly didn't have to use a timer.
I haven't played the game in a few days, but sounds like pogo may have fixed the standing / sitting thing.

Just as every game where you do this...stand up or walk out of a game in play..but pogo says theres a lot of this going on, so penalizing you of your tokens, rank or otherwise is the key thing to do....Its not much of a penalty but one none the less. I find this ok with me, cause games like pool where the other walks out cause they KNOW they are going to lose...i think they should penalize that person. I know what your saying sucks but its a process that i think is process that had to happen....now if they can implement something where you cant join a game in bingo if you come in after the game starts, than i'll be happy...so sorry yall...just voicing my opinion.

i have been playing this game since the day it came out and i have had to use the timer since the min it came out thats the one thing i dont like about the game so i dont know where you seen a timer off botton cause there never has been one i have searched and searched since day one just so u all know
Yeah, you've always had to have a timer.
That would really suck if they start penalizing players for letting the timer run out, as I always play at work in a private room against computers, and if the phone rings or I have to get up to do something I can't pause the game, so I have to let the timer run out. I'm not cheating anyone here.
It looks to me like you only get penalized if you start a hand and stand up in the middle of the hand. You don't get penalized if the timer runs out. If you've already started a hand and the timer runs out, it stands for you.
