Pointless posts

Lately, there have been a lot of pointless posts. I know everyone like to just have fun here and enjoy themselves, but many users find it quite annoying to just see "lol" or "ok" in a post. I've cleaned up a few, but please try to be considerate to the admins here and other members and make thoughtful posts, not just one word ones. This is a forum, not a chat room.

I don't mean to be the "bad guy", but I feel that I need to say something. ;)

And I know this does not apply to all members, some of you always make very thoughtful posts.

And yea, this is me, Jeff, with a new name and stuff.  I deleted my own name earlier as I was so close to going off on a couple select people in the forum and it just wasnt worth it.  I have since cooled down (a little) and have redeemed some sanity.  

I am in total agreement with Pcheats words above and I think stuff needs to be inforced a little bit more around here.  It's sad to say this, but its true.  I am the teen in this forum and more of you adults are acting like I "should" but I dont because I dont have that type of mentality.

I just dont think some of you are getting the hint, and just because I am a teen, Element, does not mean you have the right to talk to me in a snooty ass way.  I wasnt being snooty and you just came and hit me with

when I was just wondering why you didnt size down your avatar just a little bit.  Excuse me for missing a one line post.  My apologies...

The main reason I came back was to help Pcheats and them with some surprises that are coming for you guys in the near future, and I didnt intend to leave forever, but deleting my old name was the most logical thing I could think of.  It was just to hard for me to like walk away from this computer before I were to make a severely immature post that I would regret later on.

So here I am.. The new Jeff I guess you could say.

Let's try to keep this forum somewhat mature with decent posts.

And also, I am in agreement with John on this avatar issue.  Pcheats, step in and use your admin powers.  Remove the avatars from their profiles all together, re size them, or ban them for not cooperating.  It has been asked nicely several times for them to remove the sh!t and its not happening.  It's extremely annoying to see more f**ck!ng pictures than text in a thread.

cant the admins just remove the pointless posts. it would make everyone's lives alot better and the person posting might stop. i started a topic last week...when does texas holdem come out....i got a reply that said...SOON...that was the stupidest thing i have ever read. please do something. ???

Well I hate to say "people" when it is one person -- a_playa.

PogoCheats.net has a chat room.  Go there to place comments such as lol or haha, or funny!! Or even a one liner.  This issue has been brought up time and time again.  I guess some people just never get the hint, or they don't care.  I am not being rude here, a_playa, but this really does need to stop.  It's not fun reading a post that says "lol" or something near that effect ya know?

Pcheats, Mayhem, John, myself, and others are asking the pointless posts to cease and desist. PERIOD.

I dont want to see the actions the admin of this forum will take if this continues.  It could be removed all together and only the chat will remain.  Be thankful for what you have here and thank the admins when necessary for their hard work and dedication to this.

I rest my case.
