Were you using the trial software? If so, that could be why it stopped working

yes, many ppl have proplems with this, same here, but BH is still  working on this

My auto does not work today after pogo messed with everything last night.

I am also checking all other games
if any auto needs sun java I cant use it because pogo did something and now
I need to have active x installed but it wont install
I am so tired of pogo messing up all other games just to put out a new one
anyway do we have any idea of how long till quackattack gets updated?

I agree it is very frustrating to have your autos stop working overnight
I checked alot of mine and so far they are ok except for quackattack
my concern is this sun java issue with needing active x
and all these computer literate people don't know what I am talking about. (lol)
if I knew what I was talking about I would be computer literate too
I am sure quackattack is being worked on so I see no need to email them because they read the posts same as we do

1) I'm sure BadgeHelp is aware of the problem so there is no need for everyone to email them.

2) I'm not 100% sure but I can guess that the problem people are currently experiencing with some autos is a result of Pogo's weekly maintenance. Any changes to a game will affect the auto (as we saw this past winter with Poppit). So once BadgeHelp figure out what the changes are, they will work on correcting it.

3) As with any problems you might have, it's good to post the specs of your computer to help assist in the handling of your problem. It could be something as simple and checking one box over another, or choosing one browser of another for the time being. Just saying "blah blah blah stopped working... help" won't solve any problem. You call a plumber and say "there is water all over the house... help" without giving details won't help them just like it won't help BadgeHelp.

4) Enjoy the game manually for the time being... there once was a time we played games using our own minds... lets relive those days!

I would gladly give my specs if I knew exactly what they were. 
If one person would just offer to help instead of telling me what to do it would be a great day. Pogo wants screen shots of a game that will not load, and everyone else says download another browser. I have been all over today asking for help and I am not installing another browser because everything worked fine until this new game came out. The whole point in asking for help is to get someone who is computer literate enoough to actaully help me.
I can't play a game manually if I can't get it to load because of some active x issue that seems to have gone missing in the night.
If there is anyone who knows about computers to actually help me I would appreciate it

check to see if your active x is enabled....go to tools..internet options ...then security...then click custom level.... then there should be one that says active X controls and plug ins....you want to enable it and then go www.java.com and see if you have the lastest java...Hope this helps


note if this does the trick them go back in and disable active x because if you leave it enabled it can open you up to all sorts of nasties and this maybe the reason you are having troubles now...someone or one of the windows updates disabled it for you....

thanks, I just checked and it is enabled but everytime I try to reinstall
sun java it won't let me play battle phlynx because it says I need active x...lol..
so you see my problem? it is enabled yet it wont work with pogo/battle phlynx
for some reason and unless there is an auto for battle phlynx
that works with microsoft vm I am stuck
I can't try Montu because it says I have used my free time and I never got to even try it so
I am just a wee bit frustrated tonight with pogo and active x and sun java

1/24/06 Latest version is 1.4. If you have 1.2, delete it and download a new copy. It should say 1.4

The program is having problems....It shoots one duck maybe two and then stops

We are aware the following games have problems:

SOLO (first class) is now working again. Delete what you have, you should be running version 2.5

QUACKATTACK (quick quack) is now working. Delete what you have and redownload. You should have version 1.4

MONTU (battle phlinx) is also down.

YUIOP (qwerty) is having problems for some people, version 2.3 has been released and DOES WORK. Delete what you have and REDOWNLOAD. You should not have multiple screens up on your computer. Minimize the tables, you should only have your game screen up, nothing else.
