Before anyone passes on anything like this, they need to check at Snopes.com and verify if it is real or not.

http://www.snopes.com/horrors/madmen/slavemaster.asp

There you will find out there is a "little" truth to this.  Here is a little info from the article:

*Claim:   A man using the screen name 'Slavemaster' is luring women to their deaths over the Internet.

*Status:   Was true; now outdated.

*Origins:   There is some truth here, but the warning is outdated.   John Edward Robinson Sr., 56, was arrested on 2 June 2000 and charged with sexual assault on two women in the Kansas City area. Robinson lured the women (as he had others) into participating in sadomasochistic sex by contacting them over the Internet under the name "slavemaster."
After Robinson's arrest, law enforcement authorities discovered two 55-gallon industrial barrels, each containing a woman's body, on land Robinson owned in Kansas. A few days later, they discovered three more bodies in barrels kept in a storage space Robinson rented in Missouri................... Robinson was also suspected in the mid-1980s disappearances of three women and an infant whose bodies had not yet been located......
As well, pranksters have been pulling off jokes by substituting their acquaintances' screen names in place of "Slavemaster," so now versions are circulating that warn netizens to be on the lookout for someone using the handle "SweetCaliGuy4evr," "ooosparklesooo88," "Monkeyman935," or "Free_mumia911," all screen names that have nothing to do with the real John Edward Robinson.

The only reason that I posted so much on this is that I am trying to help shead the truth to this and please send the snopes link to the person that sent you the mail

Please don't misunderstand, I really appreciate the concern of the people sending them, but 99% of the ones I get are trash and if the senders would just do a little bit of research, they would save us all a lot of trouble.

One I got that I really appreciated and had never given a second thought about was a legitmate study done on the amount and types of bacteria found in public bathrooms.  They had tested the bottoms of womens purses who had come out of public bathrooms and there were so many potentially deadly bacteria I want to  :xx  just thinking about it.

One of the most annoying types I get are the ones about Applebees - send this to 10 people and Applebees will send you a $50 gift certificate (please people... how does Applebees know that you sent it to 10 people??  Are they monitoring your email???) or the Microsoft one - send this to 10 people and MS will send you a new computer.  (MS is too cheap to do that unless it was loaded with bugs and you are their test bunny).  This is just my pet peeve, junk mail,

I am with you and fully understand what you are saying.....
That part about the bacteria found in public bathrooms?....... I found out from my doctor that the *worse* place you will find bacteria is in, *of all places* a hospital!.....  I just got out of the VA Wednesday and now have home health care coming here to my house giving me an I.V antibiotics because of something that I got while I was in the hospital... Sad part is, I have to go back after my infection is cleared up to have my foot removed. Sad hu? Go to the hospital to get well and get sick...... You just can not be to safe in just washing your hands anymore can you?

My best friend is an RN and works in a hospital. She always tells everyone to always wear socks & slippers in your hospital room, NEVER take a shower there and always make sure that every nurse, doctor, etc. that walks into your room washes their hands before coming anywhere near you. MRSA is the most evil staph infection you can get and it's running rampant in the hospitals.

My next door neighbor, an elderly women - must have been 153 years old - fell, dislocated her knee and was in the hospital.  She got some staph infection and was in some kind of isolation for 2 months, then she died.  I stepped on an exacto knife that my daughter dropped under my desk and sliced my foot open.  I refused to go to the hospital.  I cleaned it and had my hubby put butterfly bandages on it and I'm fine now.  But I will not go to the doctor unless it's reaaaaaaaallllly important.  I almost didn't go have that mole biopsied but there was a little voice prodding me to go.  I'm glad I did now.  But I still hate hospitals.

bluebell1us

Yes, found out the hard way that hospitals are one of the worst place for picking up all kinds of germs and infections.  Got a bad infection while there, so all you good people be careful.

sum very good nasty things can  happen in the hospital. Just can't believe how much really does but yeah. I know while I was having my son, there was a lady there who was having twins an she was related to a cousin of mine an lives around me as well, actaully left the hospital an after about a week of horrible smells and embarresment from everyone including her husband she went to the emergency, stupid but yeah and she complain'd about sumthing wrong down there and well they did not want anything to do with her cuz she had just had a baby,an they told her to visit her OBGYN, if I got that rite and find out more there. Unbelievable if u ask me, but so she did and they actaully found out that they left sum gauze sumwhere up there when she gave birth. She could have died from infection, the nurse and doctor that took care of her when she came back told here that if she would have maybe waited another day before coming in, that the infection would have probably have taken her life. *shakes my head*
When I had my son also, about a week after I was having a real tough time with my son and he was not eating and very sick. I could not sleep and when I did feel to sleep....my ex (notice the word EX) didn't want to let me sleep cuz he was tired. I was awake for 3 days straight and needed sum help, so I visited my family doctor and when he looked at me, LOL he was like omg....and then began to look in my chart that he received from the doctor who perform'd the c=section and then read sumthing very disturbing...he asked me why the doctor gave me blood thinnner. I guess that she was not supose to order that and I could have passed away cuz of it....cuz u lose soo much blood in the first place. I never did anything about it, but I still wonder why it was done.

ahhh well sorry to hear for all ur troubles and u get better with ur foot. SS

I am so sorry to hear aobut your friend and your troubles as well (((((Bams)))))
I cut my foot while I was in the hospital and now I am suppose to go back in to have it removed Tuesday because of the damn infection that I received while I was in the hospital!.... There may be a good side to all of this tho.... The home health care nurses that has been coming by taking care of the foot and giving me the antibotics is telling me that my foot is looking a lot better!.... So now I do not know if I should go in Tuesday or stay home for a couple more weeks and see if just maybe I can hang onto my body parts.  Funny tho, go in for some test on the tumor on my back, get my foot cut  and may loose my foot because of the "clean" hospital......
