Well, assuming that most men in the US at least, are over 5 foot tall, and you said drop it from a five foot building, it probably wouldn't even hit the person.... BUT, if it did... it would depend on wind speed, velocity of the object, and what part of the person it hit.
Now, it'd also have to take into account that if it hit glass side first, is this a regular light bulb, or one of those halogen ones, or even one of those shatter/vibration resistant ceiling fan types...

My guess is it would just break apart, like an egg... But noone would die, and at most, they might get a slight cut... But again, this is a 5 foot building...

ok ok, look at it this way, a 5 foot person drops a light bulb on a guys head, what would happen, if ya have a 5 FOOT bulding, and you drop a light bulb on a guys head it wouldn't break...the guy would just say @$@$%##@%$....hehe
