Oscar, :o

Please could some one help me out here. I have many autos needing updates due to new versions, the problem I'm having is I run them until they expire. I then follow the badgehelp rules and send in my receipts the name of the auto and new codes. I know we now have customer service but have not received any of my codes. Am I missing the right procedure here and  what is the turn around time to be expected?.How many new codes can I send at one time? Tomorrow is badge day and would like to catch up on the extra personnel badges being offered. . Just a badge seeker .

Any help would greatly be appreciated soon.
Thanks RR//http:////

Sometimes it might take a little while especially on tues and wed b/c everyone wants to get their badges. It was posted by Mayhem I believe earlier today. Are you using your same email address that goes with your receipt? I will send 1 per day.I think that is easiest on them to handle since I am sure they are overwhelmed with lots of request. My codes normally take between 5minutes-2 hours. In subject line of email did you put" lost codes" ? hope this helps

Send your new registration code to replacecode@aol.com along with your receipt for that auto. Not sure how many you can send at one time.

Thanks but I Have done that twice already, and still no codes. It gets frustrating when you buy all the autos , they make changes which  is good but getting the codes sucks!!!  I know getting customer service up to speed is not an easy task, but there has to be some rules that can help out the customers to get there codes since we are  supporting badgehelp. We pay our money no questions asked. Just would like to get my codes...
Thank you so much for your help

Iceman,
I did't  say they were lost, but stated they were updates due to new versions out. Yes, I did following all the procedures and email is the same. I sent the codes in on Sunday. Hopefully will get them soon.
Thanks for your help glad some one out there cares. O0

Your welcome RR007.I just use "lost codes" in subject line b/c I am used to that on the old email addy for replacing codes.Just hang in there on the codes. It might just take a little longer due to you buying the package deal? That is a lot of codes to due along with everyone elses.Good luck and hope you get them soon.

Took about 24 hours to get mine and I had to send serveral emails to get my codes. I sent2 codes and the proof of purchace at a time.  ;) O0  Trust me I was getting very upset but I did get them  ::) I send a email to badgehelp@aol.com and also to replacecode@aol.com . I will start sending emails out daily. You would think when they make  that many changes we the customers would get faster service knowing they interrupted  our autos from running. How many people does Oscar have in customer service.?  Think what upsets me more then anything is everytime I need new codes I have to wait more then two days because  once they get your money you're  no longer important to them. Bad feeling when you need there support!!!
Anyways thank you for your help. cheata

I think everyone needs to have a little patience with Oscar and sending out the codes.  It is not his fault that he has a large amount of people he has to respond to everyday.  He is working almost 24/7 trying his best to get the codes out to everyone.  They do not forget about you once they get your money, it just takes time for them to send out the codes.  Be patience and you will get you codes soon.  Oh....and by the way you can also send your proof of purchase to heypogopal@yahoo.com as well as replacecode@aol.com .  The second email address worked best for me, but you can put all of the addresses in your send box.

Maybe I've just been lucky but my replacement codes or new registration codes have always come through within 24 hours.  However, I don't think I've ever ordered something the day before or day of a challenge or in a holiday season - there are probably a huge inflow of orders and people do need to have a life outside of their job.  Thank you all for making it possible to get badges in games I can't stand faster than I could ever do alone.
