//  HELPPPPPPPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!  I downloaded the Yuiop program, paid for it, and got a password.  Maybe I'm stupid, but the registration code when entered says "not valid".  Then, it changed to a different registration code, then yet another different one.  It changed 3 times!!!!  I can't register my program because EVERY code that I get through the program says "not a valid code".  Why is this?  This is driving me nuts!!!! Any help would be appreciated. >:( >:( >:( >:( >:(

Sorry you are having difficulties.  I'm sure that as soon as one of the site folks, (Oscar, Homer, etc) sign on that they'll get ya up and running pronto.  They are super here.  Your post is a little confusing, because you refer to your registration code, when you might be talking about your authorization code.  The registration code is the code you get when you are instructed to go buy the auto (after the test period).  Then, based on that registration code, you are issued an AUTHORIZATION code.  You need to tell them which one keeps changing - the registration code or the authorization code.  Hope this helps.

PS -  Did you download YUIOP more than once?  If so, that would explain the REGISTRATION code changing.

BrownEyedAngel

Yes, I did download it more than once.  The code that keeps changing is the one that pops up when you click "register" on the program.  Thanks for any info.

So many people have read this, why have I only got 1 response?  I'm new here and need help desperately. :'(

bobby

if the code keeps changing, leave the auto open until you recieve the code

Sorry Angel, most of us that read this cannot help you with registration codes.  Only Oscar, Mayhem or Homer can really do that!   :-[  so sorry

:-* Your welcome angel....I'm sure they will be here soon to help you!

BrownEyedAngel

I just emailed my receipt and password email to badgehelp@aol.com with registration code(s).  I appreciate your help though, mailwench.

Thanks a lot.  You've been very nice in trying to help me.   :D

I do have one other question though.  How do I add as a avatar, a picture that is saved on my computer?  Or can I ?

Thanks

Tiffany-Pamela

Homer can help you with the avantar O0

Tiffany, if you want to make sure that Homer sees your request, find a topic on avatars and move it there, he may miss it in this thread.
Good luck to you!!  O0

I'm not sure but I think angel is looking for the help on the avatars....Tiffy makes awesome ones already!   >:D >:D

sent it to the one they told me too when i updated last time >>>replacecode@aol.com

well, that's the right address...My suggestion would be to just be patient and don't send more than one email regarding this.  Oscar will get to it when he can...

I see by your previous posts you have had some issues with replacement codes in the past.  If you follow the directions at www.badgehelp.com/lost.html you shouldn't have any trouble getting your code.  It may just take up to 2 days like it says...
